1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how CORE Sciences ("CORE Relationships," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information: your name, email address, password, and other information you provide when you create an account.
• Relationship content: the information you choose to record in the Service, such as the names, contact details, notes, key dates, personality observations, goals, and plans you keep about your professional and personal relationships.
• Profile information: information about yourself that you provide, such as personality assessment responses and preferences.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us, request access, or respond to surveys.

Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.

Information from third-party services. If you choose to connect a third-party account (such as Google), we collect information from that service as authorized by you, as described in Section 4 below.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Generate the features you request, such as relationship plans, meeting preparation, and AI-assisted suggestions;
• Communicate with you about the Service, including updates, security alerts, and support messages;
• Monitor and analyze usage, and detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the relationship content you store in the Service for advertising.

4. Google User Data

If you connect your Google account, the Service requests read-only access to your Google Calendar. We use this access solely to show you your upcoming meetings, match meeting attendees to the relationships in your library, and help you prepare for meetings. You control which calendars the Service can see, and you can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings or via your Google account permissions page.

CORE Relationships' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your affirmative agreement, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as necessary to provide the Service.

5. AI Features

Some features of the Service use third-party artificial intelligence providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate suggestions, plans, and summaries. When you use these features, relevant portions of your content are sent to the provider to generate the response. These requests are made server-side under our API agreements with those providers; we do not permit providers to use your content to train their models where the provider offers that control. You may also choose to connect your own AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to the Service, in which case the data shared with that assistant is governed by your agreement with its provider.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information about you as follows:

• Service providers: with vendors and service providers who need access to such information to perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and AI providers), under obligations of confidentiality;
• Legal requirements: if we believe disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• Protection of rights: to enforce our agreements, protect the security or integrity of the Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of CORE Relationships, our users, or others;
• Business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company;
• With your consent: with your consent or at your direction.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies, but doing so may affect the availability and functionality of the Service.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may delete content from within the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these rights directly in the Service (your content is editable and deletable there), or by contacting us at support@core-sciences.com. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. We may still send you transactional or administrative messages about the Service.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

12. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transferring personal information across borders.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as by email or an in-app notice).
